Our onboarding process is quick and consists of three easy steps.
You fill in your details on our website
You add your payment details immediately or you will receive an email from Chargebee (our payment system) to verify your payment method.
Once this is done we will request the switch from your current CSS to Producthero CSS. You will then receive an email and a message in your merchant center to accept the switch to Producthero CSS.
After all the steps are completed, our support team will send you a confirmation email with more information about Producthero’s Shopping Ad Platform.
If the switch is requested during a weekday it most likely won’t take more than 24 hours to complete the switch. If you request the switch on the weekend this can take up to 48 hours.

Adding extra Merchant Centers or countries
When you have more shops and/or countries you would like to advertise with via Producthero CSS, you can add the extra shops via a form provided by the support team. You can reach them by sending an email to support@producthero.com.
The shops that you have submitted via the extra shop form will be added to your existing payment account.
Agencies
Each agency that works with Producthero CSS gets their personal agency form to add extra shops.
If you are a new agency, we will contact you after you’ve submitted your first shop(s) with your customized agency form. We also have a Partner Program for our partners. You are eligible to participate, if you have more than three shops on Producthero CSS. You can participate via our agency partner program.
