We manage our customers' subscriptions with Chargebee. Via the Chargebee-customer portal, you can change your account information and billing & shipping addresses, update your payment methods and see your billing history. To access your account, click here

1. How to change your information via the Chargebee Customer Portal

All the information regarding your invoicing can easily be changed directly via the Chargebee portal.

2. Billing options 

We offer different billing cycles and methods. The Producthero CSS subscription is in prepaid billing. We offer different billing cycles and billing options. Our standard billing cycle is monthly via (credit)card. The options we offer are:

  • The different types of billing cycles we offer are monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

  • The different billing methods consist of an online automatic (credit)-card transfer, or a manual offline bank transfer.
