How do I cancel my subscription

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can request a switch back to google and the cancellation from your account on our contact page on the website. The switch back takes place after you followed the required steps, and we will send you a confirmation once it is successfully completed.

• If you do not want to continue our subscription after the 30-day trial period, please inform us before your trial ends to prevent any billing. 

What happens after you have cancelled your Producthero CSS Subscription?

Once you have informed us about your cancellation request via mail, we will start the switchback process to Google CSS and close your payment account. After we have successfully switched your account back to Google CSS, we will send you a confirmation email. 

Please note that you may need to claim/verify the URL of your website now that they've been switched back to Google Shopping. If this is the case, Google will notify you via email. Google will also put a temporary hold on the accounts so that the offers do not go offline due to claiming / verification issues and ensure continuous traffic. When you complete the steps, Google will remove this temporary hold.
